I tweeted a couple months ago that I wanted to make a blog, something 90s/early 00s style where I can just share my thoughts every now and then and stuff: and I know that I can literally do it on Twitter as I always did for the past few years, but y'know just the feeling of something in which I can share information in a way in which I saw in media which I grew up with makes me think it's a bit cooler. I gotta admit, I was mostly influenced by Lain and All about Lily Chou-Chou, media in which I haven't myself in these much, but had made me think a lot: the internet nowadays is at its peak as well as at its trough, connecting everyone from the world made it possible to share information as well as we like it, but also connected people in a way in which it was unimaginable, we now know how many people in the world think, how wholesome but also how horrible they can be, the notion of social community has completely gone in the trash knowing that the person on the other side of the screen can be one of billions that you don't know, but also that you most likely will never actually know. Anyway, I got much far from the point I wanted to originally make by starting this blog, I just wanna be able to talk to the internet without the constraints that apps like Twitter have, and yeah I'm also referring to stuff like Bluesky and Substack: where people just act like they're more privileged and they know more than the people who are on Twitter, nah dude you're the same lmao, you're still kneeling down to a higher power that controls your way of sharing information and interacting with people on the internet. Don't get me wrong, I'm also subject to that, everyone on the internet is, it's inevitable, the way to escape from this is literally by going out there and socialise like it's meant to be...who am I to say this shit anyway, am not qualified to say anything and am just here to express my opinion. Just go outside.

Just as a last thing I wanna add, I gotta say I really enjoy writing this: it feels like writing an essay for school, which contrary to popular belief, I really enjoy, as I'm writing it now it's just a block of text lol, I'll try to make it prettier. I feel like this is gonna end up well as a hobby or something, it feels like podcasting but on text, hmm gotta see what I think about that. I'm not gonna lie, I already tried to do something like this, but in a really bad way, it was this google word document that I would just link on my Twitter posts called "My thing that I write" because I've always enjoyed writing to be honest, I just need a proper outlet to make it work y'know, I'll work on this project better, whether or not people like it or interact with it or what not, I honestly still don't know how this website works lmao.

On a final note, I'm aware that this first post is quite redundant, I just want to talk about stuff without a word limit lol, but other than that let me know on Twitter @poposwag_ or on here if you can answer (I have no idea still) I don't know how often I'll be writing, I'll definitely be consistent, I don't know what I'll be talking about, but I'll make sure to keep people updated, if there is any people reading that is :P
